This class offers a blend of yoga, pilates, and fitness, creating a unique fusion experience. Suitable for all fitness levels, we combine elements of pilates and yoga to provide a comprehensive and engaging workout. Throughout the session, you will be guided through various postures aimed at building strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall body awareness.
Elastic Bands (straight bands – no loops and not yoga straps) are required for this class. Medium bands or if you have injuries, light bands will be best to begin) This is an online class but is also offered in studio.
