Yoga Fusion In Studio

This class offers a blend of yoga, pilates, and fitness, creating a unique fusion experience. Suitable for all fitness levels, we combine elements of pilates and yoga to provide a comprehensive and engaging workout. Throughout the session, you will be guided through various postures aimed at building strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall body awareness.

Elastic Bands (straight bands – no loops and not yoga straps) are required for this class. Medium bands or if you have injuries, light bands will be best to begin)
