Hatha Yoga Level 1 Online

Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike, this class explores a variety of yoga poses (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). Modifications will be provided so that all students work at their own pace and level. Proper alignment and mindful actions of the body can be found through the holding of poses.. This is an online class but is also available in studio.
