This is one of our favourite summer traditions. Every Friday at 9 am, from June through September, we gather in the Garden of Hope pavilion at the Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre.

This is an all-levels Hatha Yoga class, and modifications will be offered throughout the class.

Our practice will generally continue rain or shine. If there is lots of rain or thunderstorms, we will transition to our studio in Penetanguishene.

Please bring your own mat and props. You may wish to bring a towel or blanket for added comfort underneath your mat.

Use your class pass, membership or drop-in class pass for these sessions. If you are attending a number of these classes and/or Yoga on the Bay, you may wish to purchase a 10 Class Package.
